This form package contains two “Mutual Wills” and is for use by a married couple (husband and wife) with no children in Nevada. The Wills distribute the assets of the Husband to the Wife and the assets of the Wife to the Husband. It also has a provision dealing with situations of simultaneous death of both husband and wife.
