This form allows an individual to accept the designation as a “resident agent” of a corporation, limited liability company or limited partnership in Nevada.
Resident agents usually lists his or her address as the principle place of business for the legal entity. If you are substituting in for another resident agent than you must use the Secretary of State’s form for change of resident agent which is available on the Secretary of State’s web site or by fax.
